The bathroom and the narrowness of the room. Seemed old. Area and clientele not the best

The indoor pool was spacious and enjoyable.

We were frustrated with the awful state of the room we were given first-it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the fire alarms were missing . After complaining, it took forever to get a new room that was even remotely satisfactory, and there was no compensation offered for the hassle! To top it off, the lack of a complimentary breakfast is outrageous, especially given the price we paid!

All staff that I encountered were gracious and courteous.

The first room I was in had a broken toilet. After a room change I was unable to access the Wi-Fi and the lighting in the rooms was off putting. Overall I think it's probably a great staff in an old facility.

It's very helpful having a shuttle to and from the airport.

The tub drain was clogged. It took over a half hour to drain, and the draining process was very noisy. Room 115. I reported it to the front desk wen I checked out.

clean room but disappointing pool experience

The standard king room with sofa bed was clean and provided a fresh environment upon arrival. I appreciated the spaciousness of the indoor pool area. The staff at the front desk tried to assist me when I reported the pool issue, showing a genuine effort to maintain comfort.

Beds where real comfortable.

Swimming pool needs to be outside or at least heated.

Very friendly staff, huge room with the shower, updated interior plus AC...

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast was so scant and I couldn't believe I paid for this, yet no one offered any compensation. The pool was open, but I heard no one attended to our comfort at all. I almost considered a good review, but , this place is hardly worth the money.

Manager was helpful and quick with resolving concerns with booking.

The pool was green. We also asked for a rollout bed. Four hours later the bed still had not arrived in our room.

great service made my stay nice despite lacking hot water in room 207

Despite some hiccups with the hot water, the beautiful lobby was cute, and the staff genuinely tried to make things right throughout our stay.

Ordered towels at 10:30 pm didn't get them until 1 in the morning when i was sleeping.

Liked that we were able to check In early. Friendly personnel.

That there was 3 in my party and only 2 were allotted breakfast tickets. Didn't like that rooms didn't have a fridge or microwave. Didn't like the rate, to high for quality of room. Didn't like the view from our room.
